Position Carpenters Location Owings Mills, MD Description Our Service Department is currently seeking Carpenters. This position will handle a diverse amount of service work at properties in the Baltimore City and County area. The hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday through Friday. Requirements Candidates should have strong carpentry skills, with good general mechanical skills and also have their own tools and transportation. Position Maintenance Superintendent Location York, PA Description The Building Maintenace Superintendent will be responsible for maintenance of the apartments mechanical equipment and operating systems. This position involves preventative maintenance and repair contract supervision and in-house maintenance and equipment repairs. Requirements Qualified candidate will have basic knowledge of maintenance concepts, practices and procedures and general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall finishing, carpentry and HVAC. Also great communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.

The Maintenance Technician responds to maintenance requests, performs preventative maintenance, as directed, and prepares units for move-in. Requirements We are looking for candidates with Carpentry, Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and/or HVAC experience. Must have some customer service background, previous apartment maintenance a plus. All candidates must be able to pass background investigation screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Position Porter (weekends) Location Warrington Condominium Description Ability to walk long distances and lift at least 50 lbs Clear communications skills to all levels of residents and staff. Organizational skills to prioritize daily work. Capacity to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Ability to work with other team members when relaying information shift-to-shift and day-to-day. Empty trash on all floors, accompanies all contractors to resident's units, after calling the resident first, via the service elevator. Allow no one to operate the service elevator except the Warrington staff. Deliver package(s) to residents, after calling resident first. Must have resident sign for any package(s) delivered. If the resident is not home, leave notice at the unit and place the package(s) in the proper secured area. Sweep and mop storage area hallways on both the north and south sides as directed. Sweep and mop the stairwells on both the north and south sides weekly. Vacuum, sweep and mop the main lobby as well as lower level hallway, conference room, exercise room, employee break room, public bathrooms and daily. Assist in snow removal and spreading ice melt as needed. Wash mop heads and rags as needed. Sweep exterior front steps, driveway, exterior parking lot and walkways daily. Remove debris and/or cigarettes from ashtrays daily. Be knowledgeable of Front Desk duties well enough to fill in during breaks, emergencies or as needed. Pick-up recyclable materials daily. Assist the maintenance supervisor as needed. Report any problems or damages seen to the On-Site Property Manager as soon as possible. Assist with any gardening needs as directed by the On-Site Property Manager. Assist residents with packages, groceries, etc. whenever asked to do so. Awareness that any unauthorized entry into an owner's unit is cause for immediate dismissal. Always be in the required uniform and present a neat and clean appearance. Requirements Previous Housekeeping or Porter experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED. Able to successfully pass background investigation screening, including pre-employment drug testing.

Candidate should be professional, personable, very detail oriented and have great customer service skills. Position includes answering a high volume of incoming calls and directing them to the correct person/department; checking and distributing voice mail messages from the general mailbox; greeting customers and visitors; scheduling meetings using Outlook; data entry in both Excel and Jenark; assisting with sorting and distributing of incoming mail.

Position Site Technician Location Baltimore area Description We seek Site Technicians at two apartment communities in the Baltimore area. The posiiton includes general cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the communities public areas, which includes grounds, hallways, entrances and the Leasing Office. The Site Technician will sweep grounds, remove trash, participate in snow removal when necessary and assist the Maintenace team in various ways. Requirements Prior work experience in cleaning, housekeeping or general maintenance is a plus.
