WPM Real Estate Management was formed in 2005 by two long-time property management industry leaders — Metro Property Management and Washington Place Management.
The two companies, along with The Time Group, combined their management resources and expertise to create a stronger company, better positioned, with greater resources and expertise, to serve the needs of both homeowners and investment real estate clients.
The Time Group is a Baltimore-based equity investment and management firm, primarily focused on multifamily and manufactured housing real estate, with holdings extending throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
