Whether you need a single window replaced, a roof repaired, or the locks changed on every door in your community, WPM's team is up to the task. Our Service Support Team operates as a stand-alone unit of the company capable of contracting with association, commercial or residential clients on an independent basis or as part of a full-service property management team. It's all a part of WPM's proven flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs.
We have a highly trained staff of Service Technicians,16 trucks and 30 people on the road every day. WPM's service center offers a 6,000 square foot warehouse equipped to perform a wide variety of maintenance and remodeling services. Services include renovation, restoration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, drywall, painting and snow removal.
