WPM manages nearly 25,000 homes in the Mid-Atlantic region, so there’s always exciting news to report about our people and properties.
WPM Real Estate Management Regional Property Manager Becky Clise has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The CPM is an elite mark of distinction for property managers that designates them as reliable, committed authorities in the industry. An intensive schedule of classes, an examination, an interview, plus at least three years of industry experience are among the stringent criteria required to become a CPM.
“Becky Clise is among the best in the business,” says WPM President Jim Dahlgren. “She has worked in the industry for nearly three decades. That depth of experience is evident in her performance and the skillful way she oversees our communities. She is an asset to WPM and the properties she manages.”
Becky Clise boasts more than 30 years of experience as a property manager. She joined WPM in May 2013. Clise serves on the board and the Executive Committee of the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association (MMHA). When not at work, Clise enjoys traveling and is also an avid Washington Capitals fan.
“I strive to be the very best that I can be in order to serve the communities I manage,” says Clise. “Earning the CPM is yet another way that I demonstrate this commitment.”
