WPM manages nearly 25,000 homes in the Mid-Atlantic region, so there’s always exciting news to report about our people and properties.
WPM Real Estate Management has promoted Erin Webb to Regional Property Manager for its Multifamily Real Estate division. Webb’s experience managing complex multifamily and mixed-use properties, increasing and maintaining occupancy levels, and delivering superior service make her a natural choice to serve in a regional leadership role, ensuring WPM’s commitment to delivering value to its clients.
“We’re very excited to have Erin join WPM’s regional property management team,” says Len Frenkil, Jr., President for WPM’s Multifamily Real Estate Division. “She has led point on some of our most challenging assignments with poise and tenacity. Her track record of success and client satisfaction make her particularly qualified for this role.”
Webb has over 15 years of experience in the multifamily residential industry. She joined WPM in 2018, where she was responsible for managing several of the firm’s multifamily and student housing communities. She also was instrumental in ensuring smooth transition of ownership of a property for one of WPM’s clients. Prior to joining WPM, Webb worked with Bozzuto management where she was primarily responsible for Class A lease up communities. She has also worked with Quest Management Group where she managed aging assets undergoing multi-million-dollar renovations, management acquisitions, and building sales.
“WPM’s culture and commitment to performance align with my own values for creating great places for people to live and work,” says Webb. “I look forward to helping our talented team of property managers continue to build successful relationships with our clients and residents, delivering results and creating positive impact in our community.”
Webb has been recognized among industry leaders for her accomplishments, receiving the award for Property Manager of the Year from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) in 2004 and earning Property Manager of the Year in 2017 with Quest Management Group. A longtime resident of Baltimore City, she currently resides in Sparks, MD.
