With a 6,000 square-foot warehouse and a fleet of more than 15
service trucks, our service center is equipped to perform a wide
variety of maintenance and remodeling services. We employ teams of
experienced and licensed professionals to provide electrical,
plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, drywall, painting, snow
removal, and more. Plus, we offer 24-hour emergency response and
crisis management services.
Additionally, WPM can serve as the on-site construction manager for
large construction projects, ranging from common area redecorating
to ground-up development, and ranging in size from $10,000 to $10
million. We can provide project management assistance to oversee
general contractors and/or other providers, coordinate schedules
with owners/tenants, and guide projects to successful,
cost-effective completion.
