WPM Real Estate Management offers Association residents three user-friendly ways to pay assessments: online bill pay, online check and check by mail.

 

3 Convenient Ways to Pay

  1. Online Bill Pay

So convenient and secure! Contact us to learn how you can pay your fees online.

  2. Online Bill Pay Check

For this method, you would contact your bank and set-up an on-line bill pay check to be sent. Since there is no coupon to accompany these checks, there must be identifying factors in order for the bank to process. Please make sure the check includes:
 

  • Your Name
  • Account Number
  • Property Address
  • Payable to: (Name of Association)
  • Mailed to P.O. Box 62673, Phoenix, AZ 85082-2673

 

 

3. Mail a Check

Mail a check along with your assessment coupon to: P.O. Box 62673, Phoenix, AZ 85082-2673. Remember to include your account number on your check.
